服務：老闆人很好，臨時發郵件問有沒有火車站接送服務，迴心很快。老闆親自來接。走的時候也安排了車送。酒店還可以幫忙約包車和熱氣球。
衞生：住在一樓又臨南宋河，所以蚊子較多，可以在前台要電蚊香。
環境：位置很好，不會很吵。離夜市有一點點遠。離熱氣球和遊河都很近。早上和日落在酒店都可以看到熱氣球。
設施：我們的房間花灑的連接處有漏水，晚上洗澡熱水和水壓不穩定，這個需要改善。

完美的行程，剛好趕上老闆在酒店。華裔三代，中文完美交流。人非常非常好，帥氣氣質佳。
酒店位置非常好，臨河，在核心區對面，非常安靜，這點在老撾太重要了，一路都有巨大音樂噪音陪伴入睡，這裏也遠離建築噪音。可以睡個好覺。
自助早餐品質非常好，可以曬着太陽吃個喜歡的早餐很放鬆。
員工客人比很高，意味着非常好的服務，滿意。每個人都很熱情，洋溢着笑臉。
快艇門口接，在房間定了spa，清晨熱氣球就從房頂上飛過去在旁邊空地降落。

在萬榮住過的很舒服的酒店，老闆就是老撾華人，在入住溝通方面就省了很多麻煩。萬榮是户外運動天堂，在酒店前台，可以報名熱氣球、滑翔傘、租車等娛樂項目，性價比很高。酒店設施齊全，衞生情況良好，環境衞生，服務也特別好，遇到的每一位酒店服務人員都會和我們熱情的打招呼，下次來老撾還會選擇這家酒店。

房間很好，乾淨整潔，前台雖然不會中文，但是很熱情，可以用翻譯軟件流暢勾通，會幫訂車，包車出遊，及訂各種項目，如熱氣球等，包車幫砍價，包車一般100W一天（空調車），50W（都都）車。
